Legend of Zelda 30 day challenge--Day 5, A love interest you've had with any of the characters
Well, proclaiming undying love to fictional entities makes me uncomfortable. Also, I've never really felt that way towards fictional people. Or actors. But I did dearly wish that Link could be my big brother when I was 5.
Being the oldest sibling means a lot of things. For me it meant that I always wanted to be the little sister of cool characters rather than the love interest. Still do. So I 'adopted' Link as my big brother. Being an over-imaginative little girl, nightmares and night terrors were a big problem for me. It took me a bit, but when I figured out how to Lucid Dream, I could call out for my big brother to come and slay the monsters in my head. He did a pretty good job too, seeing as how I hardly have any problems with nightmares these days.
